1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the ra666 platform at ra666.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ra666 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and ra666.

2 Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them throughout this document.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ra666 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. ra666 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. ra666 may request proof of age at any time and will suspend access pending verification.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh. The Platform is operated exclusively for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and responsibility.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Registration using false, misleading, or another person's identity is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from ra666 or from gambling generally, you remain excluded and must not attempt to register a new account. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of ra666 you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify ra666 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• ra666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
• ra666 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform.
• Account closure requests by the Player will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details, including your registered mobile number and email address, remain current. ra666 will use the contact details on file to send account notifications, security alerts and information about changes to these Terms. You must update your details promptly if they change.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

ra666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following provisions apply to all financial transactions on your account.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. ra666 does not charge a deposit fee. Processing times depend on the payment method selected but are typically instant for bKash and Nagad.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you contact support and request a change, subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ra666 may hold a withdrawal pending identity verification if the account has not previously completed KYC or if the requested withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined at ra666's discretion.
• ra666 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only fund your account using a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• ra666 reserves the right to impose transaction limits — including daily deposit limits and maximum withdrawal amounts — at its discretion and in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
• ra666 is not responsible for delays, errors, or failed transactions caused by a Player's mobile money provider, bank, or network operator. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ra666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback or other promotional incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is wagered before bonus balance by default, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering". The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per eligible Player per promotion unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or ongoing offer.
• ra666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus amount will be removed from the account. Any winnings derived exclusively from the cancelled bonus funds may also be removed.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. If no validity period is stated, the default validity period is 30 days from the date of crediting.

7 Responsible Gaming

ra666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard at any time without requiring contact with support.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. A reduction in limit takes effect immediately. An increase in limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the limit is reached, the Player will be logged out automatically and will not be able to log in again until the session timer resets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may request self-exclusion from ra666. A self-exclusion request must be submitted to [email protected]. Once confirmed, the exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and the account will be locked for the requested duration, which may be a defined period or permanent.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net win or loss position. These alerts are intended to help Players make informed decisions about continuing or ending a gaming session.

ra666 trains its staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and to act appropriately. If our systems detect patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, we may contact you proactively and may temporarily restrict your account pending your response. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, false identity registration, or collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not available through normal manual use, including exploiting game bugs or loopholes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any criminal activity. ra666 is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity and will cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under a false identity, or using another person's identity, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Abusing the bonus system in any way, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in a bonus outcome, or wagering bonus funds on excluded games with the intent to meet rollover requirements more quickly.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing or offensive toward ra666 staff or other Players, including via the Platform's messaging or chat features.

ra666 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate investigation. During an investigation, account access and withdrawals may be suspended. ra666's determination following an investigation is final.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ra666 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of ra666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from ra666.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ra666 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ra666 will not be liable for the following.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if ra666 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failures, maintenance, security incidents, regulatory requirements or any cause outside ra666's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party, or from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ra666 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ra666.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ra666 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ra666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at ra666.pro/terms-conditions. We will notify registered Players of material changes via the contact details held on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.
